Daniel Martin, President

Educated at Austin Peay State University in construction management, then south College, Asheville with degrees in Business Administration, Accounting, and Computer Information Systems; has 12 years experience in construction, remodeling, and facility maintenance. Licensed General Contractor-Building (for commercial or residential) Built two residential subdivisions over 150 units each, multiple million dollar contracts, remodeling projects over $1 million, with the Asheville Home Builders Association is former Chairman of: education committee and the associate member council; also former Vice President of the Remodelers Council of the AHBA, owned a transportation company with contracts over $1.3 million per year, a trained ammonia refrigeration technician for commercial applications and former soldier of 101^st airborne division (air assault) responsible for maintenance of over two city blocks of Fort Campbell, KY containing over 1800 personnel barracks and office buildings including gym, dining hall and motor pool.

Lawrence Macalister, Executive Vice President

Following studies at MIT worked as researcher in field of atomic energy (heavy water conversion) Licensed General Contractor in Fl and NC. Formerly an unlimited license designate for projects in residential and commercial without a financial cap in NC. Built over 300 homes and condominiums, experience in multiple high rise steel (red iron) and pre-tensioned concrete structures some over 14 stories tall is past Director of National Home Builders Association and former President State of Florida Home Builders Association, knowledgeable in areas of renewable energy and green building practices.

Butch Bassett, Vice President of Marketing and Sales

Graduated University of North Carolina--Asheville, and Adirondack Community College with liberal arts degrees in social science and history; Was Associate of the Year 2002 & 2003 with the Home Builder's Association of Greater Asheville, sat on Board of Directors with Asheville Home Builders Association for 3 years, member of Construction Specification Institute, certified Construction Document Technician by American Institute of Architects, Tyvek® level II certified. Experienced public speaker, represented DuPont-Tyvek® to builders and lumber yards and introduced three new product lines averaged 20% growth annually. As General Manager, sales grew gross sales to over $1 million in under two years. Is an experienced Project Manager handling multiple jobs and budgets is friendly with all clients and dedicated to task at hand.

John Michael Wyatt, Job Foreman

Worked as flooring installer for Home Depot for twelve years, was self-employed dedicated and hard working leader of every job and every employee, is responsible for fulfilling promises made by company.

Al Jones, Maintenance & Remodeling Superintendent

Has over 30 years experience in all phases of construction, remodeling & facility maintenance. Formerly responsible for upkeep and repairs in Denny's restaurants, on call for emergency repairs and responsible for oversight of service contracts and facility needs.
